2026 Branch Pick-up Dates:   (weeks of) APRIL 20th, JUNE 15th, AUGUST 17th, OCTOBER 19th.

Electronic Recycling Dates:  April 18th, June 27th, September 26th.

 

• No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind may be raised, bred, kept, or permitted on any Lot, with the exception that dogs, cats, or other usual and common household pets may be kept within the residence.
• Trash, garbage or other waste shall be kept in enclosed sanitary containers INSIDE the house or garage erected on lot.
• All recreational vehicles, motor homes, campers, boats of any kind, trailers, and commercial vehicles are to be stored indoors. Temporary parking of recreational vehicles on a driveway shall only be permitted for a transitional time only, not to exceed 4 weeks over a 4-month period of time.

Short Term Rentals

*It is a violation of Dupage County ordinance to rent your home for less than a period of 6 months. You could be cited and fined for the violation.

*COMMON GROUND*

As a reminder, and to avoid confusion, no guests will be allowed to fish at the lake without a member present. Unescorted guests will be asked to leave. The Sheriffs office will also be contacted. Those refusing to leave could be subject to arrest for trespassing.
